Introduction of the Indoor Playground Project
The project is located at Hamad International Airport in Qatar, and the project is still under construction. In order to meet the Qatar Football World Cup, the customer plans to install two sets of naughty castle equipment at the two airports in Qatar. Because of the equipment is to be placed in the international airport, Beston Amusement recommends the middle and high-grade indoor playground equipment configuration to the customer. This is a good showcase for the entire project and the client’s corporate image. According to the customer’s site and style requirements, the customer purchased 2 sets of indoor playground equipment and 5 sets of interactive projection equipment from our company. Due to the tight delivery time of the project, we strictly control each step to ensure the on-time delivery of the equipment.
Indoor Playground Equipment On-site Installation In Qatar
We received the inquiry through the website, the customer wants to purchase two sets of indoor soft play equipment that have been designed, because the project cycle is urgent, the customer sent us the case pictures that they collected before. The customer ask us if we can deliver it in 2-3 weeks. In the later communication, we learned about the overall layout of the customer’s site and some potential needs, and suggested that the customer to make a customized design.
Determine the 2D layout
July 5th to July 14th
During this period, our team communicated with the customer’s designers to discuss the 2D layout of the indoor playground equipment. After about 10 days of communication, the 2D layout was finally determined.
3D design
July 15th to July 29th
After the client confirmed the 2D layout, we received the client’s design fee and started the 3D design. During this period, after 6 rounds of design revisions, the final version of the project was confirmed.
Confirm order and receive deposit
July 29 to August 1
On July 29, we signed a contract with the customer to confirm the order, and the next day, we received the customer’s deposit.
Production and Shipping
August 2 to August 23
After receiving the deposit, we started to arrange factory production, and soon two sets of indoor playground equipment were completed around the 22nd, and we were ready to deliver the goods the next day.
Receiving goods
August 23 to September 25
On September 20th, the goods arrived at the port and completed customs clearance. On September 25th, all three containers were ready, and we were ready to send installation engineers to guide the installation work.

On-site Installation In Qatar
From October 10th to November 30th: In October, we dispatched installation engineers to Qatar Airport for installation, and completed the installation of the indoor playground equipment and interactive projection in the new airport around October 10th. On October 20th the installation engineer completed the project guidance and the installation for the old airport client was about 60% complete.
The overall installation is finished: It is expected that the customer will complete the overall installation around November 30, and more feedback will be updated soon.
