This will be Sarawak’s first large-scale theme water park project. The three-acre water park will feature world-class rides and be designed by a renowned Thai landscape architect, creating a unique garden-style leisure destination.
- Project Goalerian enjoys a prime location along the Pan Borneo Highway, adjacent to the Indonesian border, and serves as a gateway to Kuching and the interior. The project is expected to attract 4,000 visitors daily on weekends. The project, combined with hotel and apartment development, offers an estimated return on investment of 10%.
