This is a new project in a shopping mall in Penang, Malaysia, invested by a client. It is currently operational and covers an area of 220 square meters. The design is customized according to the client’s space, consisting of three floors. There is a slide connecting the second floor of the mall to the basement, where children can freely play in the play area spanning all three floors. It is suitable for family bonding activities, children’s birthday parties, and group activities for elementary school students.

The design is tailored to meet the diverse exploration needs of children based on the client’s space dimensions.

Once the contract is signed with the client, and we receive the deposit, we will commence equipment production in accordance with the contract requirements. Throughout the production process, we strictly monitor each step to ensure the quality of the equipment.

Delivery time and place: Qingdao Port, the end of January 2022.
Delivery time: delivered to the customer at the end of February 2022.
Installation time and cycle: installation by the installation team that the customer finds in their local city, and our after-sales department provides online guidance at any time.

Regarding the installation of this project, the client has already arranged a local installation team in advance. Therefore, our after-sales engineers will promptly provide online installation guidance to the client to ensure a smooth installation process.

With the efforts from both parties, the overall operation of the project has been tremendously successful. Since its grand opening, it has attracted a large number of children. The client is highly satisfied with the overall experience and quality of the final product.
